The Program in general is designed to increase awareness of your mental functions, and reduce or eliminate external variables that could inhibit your full potential that comes from within. The program requires the use of common knowledge and common sense, based on universal discernment of personal protection and safety first. Do “NOT” perform any of the suggested exercises without first taking under consideration your personal “safety and general mental and physical well-being.” Each task requires personal discretion, each person undertaking the challenge should discern their personal mental and physical limitations as well as restrictions in your unique environment that may not allow for certain tasks to be perform without care, and safely proceed based on understanding the overall influence on your mental and physical capabilities as well as limitations that may impact you personally. Each tasks as outlined you perform, is done or performed at your own risks. TechLevel33 Capstone* disclaims any liability in this regard, and do “NOT” guarantee results or express any warranties the Program results will be successful in transforming your life, as each life, person, and a person’s individual decisions influence each person’s overall success or failure, and is indeed unique and different in terms of results. Week One - Transform My Life!
“The biggest obstacle you face…is yourself, or who and what you are and ultimately, your belief system that has become such a part of you that you actually believe it is you.” Letting go of ‘controlling’ every aspect of your life and which is even more, the ‘control’ of others allow you to become the individual that master the complexities of Life challenges. While at the same time living in a way that entails ‘knowing’ that everything is just fine the way it is. There is nothing wrong with seeking positive changes that allows you to strive for who and what you are and yes, the attainment of what you really want in and out of this human existence.”
Participation: The exercise can be performed alone or with assistance if required, and even with your friend, spouse, mate, and/or significant other. If performed alone, always remember---"safety first." Set the timer (alarm) on your cell phone, watch, or alarm clock for a minimum of at least (1) one full hour each day while performing the exercise.
Challenge: Spend at least (30) thirty minutes each day outside.
The location selected for the exercise should be very familiar to you (such as your home or apartment). Expect to prepare meals in advance of the exercise or prepare your meal (something that does not require extensive or heavy cooking), otherwise, perform all your tasks fully blindfolded.
Focus and Goal: Stimulate the mind to focus on seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling, and tasting, (your five senses) “without” the need for or use of physical sight (non-use of your eyes). Hint: During the exercise your normal functions will be challenged to use your five senses, and as a result your awareness of these senses will come to your aid and allow you to function and focus on awakening your non-physical presence in this existence. In fact, the goal is to create and strengthen the mind to use inner-awareness and functionality as a permanent component towards who and what you are, and more importantly, what you believe you have “need” of---you will find that you already possess in your inner-world of reality.
Examples: Be active---Do not just sit for an hour doing nothing, go about your normal routine or make up new activities that you can perform during the exercise. Perform all tasks within the boundaries of the mind, such as actually “seeing” with the mind all of your surroundings, remember where things or objects are located and find them by walking, listening to the environment, feeling your way around your home, apartment, and obstacles, smelling where certain things may be located, and ultimately, “feeling” the vibrations your surroundings are giving off that allows you to function normally without the use of sight---if your favorite program comes on television, (locate your program by operating the remote based on the input from the remote keys, listen to the program and imagine what is actually going on as if you were actually seeing what the actors/actresses are doing, move around your kitchen, bedroom, and/or other locations throughout your home or apartment as if you do not have the blindfold on, when outside, feel the grass under your feet, or with your hands, listen to the birds, insects, and other things that all given off sound while outside, and yes, even inside…notice what objects actually feel and sound like, what does life feel like without the use of sight in your non-physical world…etc. Perform all tasks blindfolded, “try as best as you can to “NOT” remove or peek through the blindfold, once completed, write down in your journal about the experience each day and note how it made you “feel.”
Note: The program requires sacrifice, you may have to adjust your schedule, and schedule of events to insure that you receive the full benefits of the program---reschedule all events around the performance of the exercise.
Anticipated Improvements at completion of the 7-day exercise: Your five senses should be functioning at a much higher rate, and your non-physical attributes should improve to a level where awareness and awakening in this existence join with your inner forces to improve your life---your reality of the non-physical environment should increase significantly and you should have more control over your inner-awareness as it is released into the outward world of this human existence.
