WEEK TWO - Transform my Life in 12 Weeks
“When the mind discovers that its powers are inexhaustible and that its faculties and talents can be developed to any degree imaginable, the fear of failure will entirely disappear. In its stead will come the conviction that man may attain anything or achieve anything.”

Week Two - Transform My Life!
A really focused mindset on "all my needs are met" and creativity---and journal to write notes about the experience.
Duration: Minimum of 1 hour per day as well as throughout the day for 7 days.
Select times and events for the exercise and continue until completion.
Walk Away From Your
Walk Away From Your Comfort Zone
“There is indeed much more to you than you could have ever imagined…in fact, you have been “programmed” to be who you think you are, to feel the way you feel, to respond the way you do, and yes, to believe what you believe about yourself, others, and even the world around you---right, wrong, or indifferent. Walking away from your perceived comfort zone is an exercise to assist you in becoming more knowledgeable and capable of going beyond what you have accepted as limitations on your thinking, habits, and ultimately, what you believe you 'need' in order to function in this human existence---when removed, you will find that the things or habits you have developed over the years as needs, are in fact, 'NOT' needed at all---because all your needs are already met, and it is just fine to try new things and have new experiences.”
Daily Mantra: Repeat to yourself throughout the day, evening, and before going to bed, "I am calm and comfortable within---calm and comfortable”---with expression and really mean what you are programming into your mind.
Participation: The exercise can be performed alone, with your friend(s), spouse, mate, and/or significant other. If performed alone, always remember---"safety first."
Challenge: Spend at least (30) thirty minutes each day outside doing things you would not otherwise do by yourself or in the company of others.
The location selected for the exercise is unlimited by your personal creativity and imagination---change all things or habits you have developed and accepted as routine and do things that are totally new or at best, outside your normal way of doing things. Expect to have new experiences or visit places that take you out of your comfort zone or do things you never even perceive that you would do or perform, or even think about doing, keeping your personal and individual morals intact by the way---use discretion.
Focus and Goal: Stimulate the mind and your physical body to focus on "all my needs are met," and confidently move towards shocking your systematic approach to doing things into doing things differently from the perceived norm. Hint: During the exercise your normal functions will be challenged to use your individual creativity to explore new ways of doing things or new experiences you never thought possible, and as a result, your comfort zone will be expanded to allow you to function and focus on different experiences in this existence where “all your needs are met.” In fact, the goal is to create and strengthen the mind and your physical body to remove comfort zone thinking to a new level of change and all possibilities turned into infinite opportunities to improve your life experiences with a focus on who and what you are, and more importantly, what you believe you have “need” of---you will find that you already possess internally---"the mind can be a stumbling block of lack and limitations, or an aid to a more fulfilled and productive Life through change.
Examples: Be active in your creative space and awareness---create new activities or ways of doing things that you could perform during the exercise. Perform all tasks within the boundaries of the mind, such as actually “changing-up” habits and routines that generally brings you comfort. If you are use to going to work every day using a specific route or commute, use a different route or if in a metro area, ride the bus for a week, or carpool with a co-worker, (could be a co-worker you dislike or disagreed with in the past), if you are use to taking the elevator at work, take the stairs for a week provided you are physically able, eat foods you dislike or try foods you have never experienced before, if you cook every day, eat out for a week if your budget can take it, if you like red meat, do not eat red meat for a week, if you eat a lot of fast-foods, then cook all your meals at home, if you enjoy the comfort of your home, make it unpleasant for you to be there, move the furnishings out of place and do not clean up for a week, turn off the air for an hour or two, (make sure to not put yourself in danger of heat problems or if medically you cannot do this without air conditioning then by all means don't perform this task or any tasks that would place your health or life in danger), literally take a cold shower or sit in a bathtub of cold water, experience what it would feel like if you sit in a tub of cold water with your clothes on, or run outside when it’s raining(not when its lightening or really bad weather), walk outside or inside your home bare feet, if you workout at a gym, skip the entire week or if not possible, workout on equipment that you do not normally care for or would never undertake in your exercise program, go a week without the use of technology, cell phones, iPods, iPads, video games, computers, and simply read a good novel or book, when its dark, turn-off all the lights for an hour or two, turn off the news for a week, refrain from reading the gossip columns, and watch a show about nature and/or animals, etc.---safely perform any tasks (using limitless creativity) with the goal of shocking your mind and physical body to a point of new discovery about your external surroundings and ultimately, new discoveries about your internal self---once completed, write down in your journal about the experience each day and note how it made you “feel.” (Hint: I know this may all seem “crazy” to you, but that’s the point to move from your comfort zone and experience things you never thought about doing or would never do under normal circumstances).
Note: The program requires sacrifice, you may have to adjust or modify your schedule to include times you wake up or get home, and schedule of routine events may change to insure that you receive the full benefits of the program---reschedule all normal events around the new and expanded performance of the comfort zone exercise.
Anticipated Improvements at completion of the 7-day exercise: Your five senses should be functioning at a much higher rate, and your non-physical attributes should improve to a level where your perceived comfort zone in this existence join with your inner forces to expand your experiences---you have need of nothing, your reality of the old comfort zone environment that you have control over, is released into the outward world of this human existence.
