Week Three - Transform My Life!
A really focused mindset on "embracing change" and observer---and journal to write notes about the experience.
Duration: Minimum of 1 hour per day as well as throughout the day for 7 days.
Select times and places for the exercise and continue until completion.
Becoming one with nature
and All Living Things!
Becoming One With Nature and All Living Things
“What many fail to realize is that ‘change’ is a constant moving and hidden force and an untapped energy that carry major consequences if not embraced, and major unlimited success in Life if accepted as a normal practice of the human existence. Now, the greatest undertaking in “Life” is change, which is in fact, inevitable---change incorporates fulfillment from the past to the unfolding of the “NOW” that creates and sustains the future while living in the present. Nature is the greatest teacher of constant change, and once truly experienced, it unfolds into a beautiful expression of transformation for your life and unlimited potential to consistently work towards metamorphosis in this life’s existence for all living things.”
Daily Mantra: Repeat to yourself throughout the day, evening, and before going to bed, "I embrace change as a constant moving force in my life, I am one with all things; really mean what you are programming into your mind.
Participation: The exercise can be performed alone or with assistance if required, and even with your friend, spouse, mate, and/or significant other. If performed alone, always remember---"safety first." Set the timer (alarm) on your cell phone or watch for a minimum of at least (1) one full hour each day while performing the exercise.
Challenge: Refrain from killing or even thinking of hurting, disrupting, or otherwise changing any living thing and/or creature or their environment for the entire seven day exercise---only use observation.
The location selected for the exercise should be any place where you can experience nature in its absolute raw form----outside your home, parks, nature trails, woods, rivers, lakes, creeks, and streams, etc., natural elements of universal living experiences. If you live in the city or metro area, i.e. asphalt jungle---go to the nearest park and locate the most secluded section of the park for best results.
Focus and Goal: Stimulate the mind to focus on seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling, and tasting, (your five senses) and use your (six sense) or mind’s eye to functionally observe nature and all living things. Hint: During the exercise your normal physical functions will be challenged to use your five senses as well as the six sense to “actually” feel nature and creature vibrations, and as a result your awareness of nature will include becoming “one” with all living things while allowing you to experience and identify the awakening of your physical presence in this existence as a carry-on from Week One and Week Two, respectfully. In fact, the goal is to create and strengthen the mind and your physical senses as an observer of naturally forming living things for greater awareness of the external world all around you. Further, move even closure towards understanding of whom and what you are. And more importantly, what you believe you have “need” of---you will find that nature already provides and is in fact, substantive for all living things in this existence as a passive observer.
Examples: Be active---Actively participate in observer activities where nature provides clues to its hidden beauty and natural functions. Perform all tasks within the boundaries of observer, such as actually “seeing, listening, feeling, tasting and smelling” nature in its full glory that sustains life, observe the many insects in your environment, observe how graceful the butterfly flies, the worker ants protect their area or ponder on how the ants are capable of carrying their bodyweight in their mouth, listen to the birds sing and chirp, listen to the wind blowing on the trees or simply the wind blowing on your person, observe the trees with an understanding of how content they must be to stay in one place for the life of the tree, listen to the running water as it rushes over obstacles while never losing momentum, actually feel the running water in your hands and on your bare feet, what does it feel like, notice the bees how they go from plant to plant, or the ladybug carrying its young on its back, the spider making its web or when another insect is stuck in the web, listen to the leaves under your feet---the sound they make and ponder how they decay yet gives life to other living things in the form of fertilizer, notice the bugs flying by---the sound of its wings, notice how the sun feels on your face and ponder the distance it traveled to your face, notice gravity that keeps everything in place, or clouds that brings water to all living things and even provides shade from the rays of the sun, notice the sounds that raindrops make hitting the ground or other objects, listen and feel the vibrations that the earth and all living things give-off, notice how fluid the motions of your physical body and your connection with the greater parts of nature, notice what objects, things, creatures, insects etc., actually feels and sounds like, what does life in nature feel like as an active participant as well as observer of the many splinted components of nature we seemingly take for granted on a daily basis, once completed, write down in your journal about the experience each day and note how it made you “feel” to be at peace with yet while becoming one with nature.
Note: The program requires sacrifice, you may have to adjust your schedule, and schedule of events to insure that you receive the full benefits of the program---reschedule all events around the performance of the exercise.
Anticipated Improvements at completion of the 7-day exercise: Your five senses should be functioning at a much greater rate, and your physical attributes should improve to a level where you begin to realize that nature and every living thing in it is in fact alive, and so are you---your reality of the physical environment that you are a part and have control over once your inner-awareness is released into the outward world of this human existence that is universal and one with all living things, whether seen or unseen, life always find a way to live and so should you.
